There have been many instances when i meet people aspiring to enter stock market, but they are apprehensive to explore it because a few people have attached adjectives like”gambling” with this highly profitable segment.
So, i decided that today we should find out who these “people” actually are. Lets try and categorize them.
Category 1: Greedy People– They are the ones who decided to enter the market because they saw other people making a lot of money out of it or probably their brokers lured them into it (P.S: Most of the brokers are only interested in their brokerage. Your profit or loss is not their concern). This greedy class enters riskier trades without any knowledge or analysis. This is actually gambling. They make huge losses and then warn other people that Stock Market is very risky and results only in losses.
Category 2: Scared People– These people have either themselves made losses in the market or they have seen people make losses in the market. They generalize the Stock Market as Gambling.
Category 3: The Preachers– They are the ones who “know everything”. They are nowhere themselves interested in Stock Market, have never invested in the market but their uncle’s friend’s son’s wife’s brother had traded and made a huge loss, so according to them the market is bad.
Greed, fear and rumors are the things which make you lose money. Learn, analyze and then invest your money in stock market and make your money grow.
It’s all about perception- stock market is like any other business, we need to put efforts to make it grow. Learn from experts and trade with discipline, and see for yourself how profitable stock market is!
